Material first, then the machine
UNL Screening Systems builds screening machines used for size separation, foreign-matter removal and classification on industrial production lines. We supply the food, chemical, plastics, recycling, ceramics and metal-powder industries.
One question sits at the centre of our work: how does this material screen? We answer it in the workshop, not at a desk. We run the sample on a real machine and change mesh and vibration settings until the result is clear. Only after that test does the machine go into production.
Stainless and clean
We use stainless steel for the body and every product-contact part. Because ease of cleaning decides in food and pharma applications, screen decks are designed to be clamped and removed, and corners that would leave dead volume are avoided.
After delivery
We commission the machine on site and show the operator how to change screens and where the maintenance points are. Wear parts such as screen wire, gaskets and springs are kept in stock.

We learn what you want to separate, at what capacity and to which size, and take your sample into our workshop.

Workshop test
We screen the sample on a real machine and change mesh and vibration settings until the result is clear. We share the result with you.

Built to size
We build the machine to your existing line, outlet height and capacity. Every product-contact surface is stainless steel.

On-site commissioning
We start the machine at your plant and show the operator screen changes and maintenance points. Wear parts such as screen wire, gaskets and springs ship from stock.

Stainless body
Every product-contact surface is stainless steel. In food and pharma applications, ease of cleaning is where the design starts.
Polished welds
Weld seams are polished; no ridges or grooves are left to hold product.
No dead volume
No corner is left in the body where material could sit and build up. On a product change, nothing of the previous product remains.
Clamped screen decks
Screen decks come off without tools. A screen change or a clean-down is done in minutes.
Wear parts in stock
Screen wire, gaskets and springs are kept in stock; your line does not wait for parts.
