Two vibration motors mounted symmetrically on either side of the body turn in opposite directions. Their horizontal components cancel each other while the vertical components add up; the body vibrates not in a circle but in a straight line, forward at a set angle.

Because the body is rectangular, several outlets can be placed along the screen surface. With stacked screens, separation into four or five fractions is done in a single pass. Feed and discharge points sit on the line, so the machine connects directly to existing conveyor lines.
Changing the motor angle adjusts the travel speed of the material. The machine can also be used in wet screening and with high-moisture materials.

Mimics hand sieving: low speed, wide tumbling motion. Particles stay long on the screen and take no impact; sharp cut at fine meshes, no damage to fragile products.
