UNL Screening Systems (“the Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed and purposes

When you fill in the contact or quotation forms on our website, your name, company, phone number, e-mail address and message are processed to answer your request, prepare a quotation, plan a sample test and communicate with you. Your IP address is recorded on submission for security purposes.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2-c (conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and where required with your explicit consent.

Transfers

To the extent necessary to fulfil your request, your data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail service providers, and may be transferred to competent authorities where legally required. No transfer abroad takes place.

Retention

Form records are kept for the period required by the commercial relationship and by statutory retention periods after the request is concluded, and are then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction and deletion, and to object. You may send your requests to info@unlelemesistemleri.com.
