A screening machine, outside in
A machine tour that moves as you scroll

Separates a tonne of material by microns.
Stainless body
Every product-contact surface is stainless steel. Welds are polished, no dead volume in the corners.
Stacked screen decks
Screen decks are clamped and come off without tools. One machine delivers several size fractions.
Beneath the lid
Inside the body
The screen wire is tensioned on its frame like a drum. The centre nut is the first point that steers material outward.
Spiral from the centre
Eccentric weights give the body a three-dimensional motion. Material lands at the centre and spirals outward.
The mesh decides
Particles smaller than the opening fall through; larger ones stay on top and travel on. The separation is mechanical.
Nothing is lost
The closed body prevents dusting; all of the screened product reaches the outlets.
One size, continuous flow
The classified product flows from the outlet in an even column. A different product can run without a screen change.
Scenes are shown as still frames because of your reduced-motion preference.
Let us test the machine you just saw on your own material.
We determine which of the three machine types suits you in the workshop, with your sample.
