Round Tumbler Screener
Mimics hand sieving: low speed, wide tumbling motion. Particles stay long on the screen and take no impact; sharp cut at fine meshes, no damage to fragile products.
Circular body, three-dimensional vibration. Material spirals outward from the centre; fines pass the mesh, oversize reaches the outlet. Stacked screen decks give several fractions from one machine.
Price is quoted according to material, size and capacity.
A vertical vibration motor mounted under the body carries eccentric weights at both ends. As the motor turns, these weights give the body a three-dimensional vibration with both horizontal and vertical components. Material fed to the centre of the screen follows a spiral path outward under this vibration.
Along the way, particles smaller than the mesh opening fall through; larger ones stay on the surface and reach the outlet. The separation is purely mechanical; it needs no air stream and no additional energy source.
The angle between the upper and lower weights of the motor is adjustable. It defines how long material stays on the screen: a larger angle moves material outward faster, raising capacity but reducing sharpness of cut. For sticky or damp products the angle is reduced to lengthen contact time.
Screen decks are stacked for multi-fraction separation. Each deck has a larger mesh than the one below and its own outlet, so one machine delivers several size fractions at once. Decks are clamped and come off without tools; changing a screen for a product change or cleaning takes a few minutes.
For free-flowing powders and granules, at medium to high capacity, where floor space is limited. For the same screen area the circular body takes less room than a linear machine.
